Contrôle microbiologique des bouchons. Bouchons stériles. Conditions de conservation des bouchons

Abstract

After a short bibliography of the cork microflora, an experimental protocol for testing the microbiological quality of the corks is described, including the microflora extraction by the RANKINE-PILONE method. The specific sterilizing action of the different cork treatments and the influence of cork storage on their microbiological stability are studied. The notion « sterile cork » is then discussed.
