Appréciation de la qualité du Chasselas de table avant récolte : essai d'interprétation par l'analyse en composante principale

Abstract

The notation of the Chasselas morphoiogical characteristics before the harvest proves the importance of the grape coloration for the estimation of its aspect. The grape weight and sugar content have to be added to the coloration in order to obtain the minimum quality description. The three criterious taken into account permit a fast and easy quality estimation of this grape.
